Everything ZockHier does
ZockHier by the numbers
Find your court
No more guessing which court is actually free.
Sand courts in the park, halls you can book, what they cost and how far they are. No more asking around to find out where the nets are.
- Beach & indoor
- Free or bookable
- Sorted by distance

MTV München Sporthalle Innenstadt
TSV Giesing Sporthalle
Built for beach. Ready for indoor.
ZockHier is built for volleyball, properly — not a general sports directory with a volleyball tab. Phase 1 covers both surfaces you actually play on.
Beach Volleyball
Open sand courts in parks and by the lakes — mostly free to use, busiest from spring through late summer.
Surface · Sand
Indoor Volleyball
Sports halls and club gyms — bookable slots, all year round, whatever the weather is doing outside.

Find & create matches
Then you find your game.
A court is just a place. ZockHier is how you turn it into a game.
- Browse open games nearby, or host your own in under a minute
- Set the court, sport, date, duration and how many players you need
- Spots fill from the waitlist automatically — no chasing people in a group chat
Built for the people who run the games, too
Every club, coach and Sunday-league captain in Germany organises volleyball differently. Whoever holds the group together gets real tools today, with tournaments and live scoring on the way.
- Put your session on the map in minutes
- Keep your weekly slot, without re-asking every week
- A roster that knows who is actually coming

Live scoring
Score it like it matters.
Keep the score live, set by set, right from your phone — no separate app, no shouting numbers across the net. Here is what following a match looks like.
How it works
Find a place
Browse the sand courts and halls near you — free or paid, bookable or open, with directions built in.
Find or create a game
Join a game that already has a net up and players short, or put your own session on the map.
Play
Show up, play, and keep the people you played with for next week.
Your story
Your volleyball journey
Every match you play becomes part of it — the courts you have discovered, the people you keep playing with, and the streak you are trying to protect.

Community
Volleyball is better together.
Somewhere near you, a group is already meeting for beach volleyball after work, or a Sunday indoor session that always needs one more player. ZockHier is how you find them — and how they find you.
Teammates
The people who show up week after week — and remember your name by the second time.
Games
A weeknight run, a weekend tournament, a pickup session one player short — happening near you, right now.
Your community
A team or regular group that holds its slot together, instead of re-organising itself in a chat every week.
What athletes are saying
We are collecting real stories from the Munich beta. This section will carry them once players have had a season on ZockHier.
Why ZockHier exists
Built by players who were tired of asking around
Volleyball in Germany — especially beach volleyball — is played by thousands of people who have no shared home online. Finding an open court, joining a pickup game or connecting with a regular group all happen through scattered WhatsApp threads, Instagram posts and word of mouth. We started ZockHier in Munich to be the shared home those players are missing — and to keep it honest as it grows.
The ZockHier app
The full ZockHier experience runs on your phone today: court discovery, matches and profiles, in closed beta in Munich.
- Court discovery on a map or as a list, ranked by distance
- Create a match at a court, or join one that needs players
- RSVPs, waitlists and recurring weekly sessions
- Player and organiser profiles, and team pages
The app is in closed beta and has no public store listing yet. Download links will appear here once the listings go live.
